How do I change my email address?
Since your email is also your username at Dweeber as it is with most other social sites these days, you cannot change your email address with the account it’s attached to. We recommend you just create a new account with the new email address.
How do I change my password?
Make sure you are logged in to your home page. Click “profile” in your profile badge in the upper left corner of the page. Near the top of the page, click “Change” next to “Password”. When the new area opens up, enter new password and click “Save”.
How do I change my Profile badge picture?
Make sure you are logged in to your home page. Click “profile” in your profile badge in the upper left corner of the page. Click “Change” under the photo area, then “Browse” to find a photo to upload. You can upload photos from your hard drive or within a network. Picture formats must be .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, or .png.
I'm trying to upload an image, and I am getting an error message... what is wrong?
Make sure the image you are attempting to upload is in one of the formats Dweeber accepts (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png).
Make sure the filename is simple and short, with no spaces or funny characters. "Image.jpg" is a good filename "Me at the party! Rocking out~~.jpg" is probably not going to work.
Make sure the file is less than 4MB. We do not allow images over 4MB. If none of these tips help, it's possible that the image is corrupted. We suggest downloading a graphical viewer that can help you fix corrupted pics. Here is our suggestion:
Go to www.download.com
Search for IrfanView and download it.
Once you have downloaded and installed IrfanView, simply run the program, open your .gif, or .jpg image, and resave it as another version (example: in IrfanView, open file named pic01.jpg, and resave it as pic01b.jpg).
Then, simply return to Dweeber and upload your newly resaved image.
I can't create an account.
We recommend deleting your browser's cookies and temporary internet files and then close all your browsers and try signing up again. (Note: Mac users should use Safari or Firefox.)
Make sure you didn’t add any spaces at the end of your email address or verification code.
If you have tried all of the above and you were not able to resolve your issue, send us an email describing how far into the account creation process you were able to complete as well as the error you received.
I forgot my password.
Retrieve your password by going to the
‘Forgot Password’ page and following the instructions. You will need to enter the email address that we have on file for your account. We'll then email your password to that address.
I can't log into my account.
Make sure that you are logging in with the correct email address and password.
Clear your browser's cookies and temporary internet files and then try logging in again.
Mac users should use Safari or Firefox for the best browsing results.
Dweeber may delete profiles if they violate the site's
Terms and Conditions. You would have received an email alerting you if this occurred in your case.

How do I change my personal information?
Through "Edit Profile" you may change your name, age, grade, and/or add to the other information on your profile.
Start by making sure you are logged in. Click “profile” in your profile badge in the upper left corner of the page. You will be taken to your "Edit Profile" page where you may edit or add information from the following categories: name, display name, zip, country, grade, date of birth, gender, school, and password.
